Not another meat alternative, tempeh has been a staple in Indonesian cuisine for over 300 years. Packed with protein and high in fibre, these tasty Mediterranean Tempeh Pieces can be the heart of your favourite pasta dishes, stews and salads.

Ingredients:

Tempeh 90% (soya beans, water, tempeh culture (rice flour, inoculum)), sunflower oil, water, tomato purée, salt, spices (smoked paprika, paprika, cumin, pepper), garlic purée (garlic, water, sait), onion, roasted onion, natural flavouring, yeast extract, herbs, spirit vinegar, thickener: guar gum.

    How to Cook:

    For the tastiest tempeh, PAN-FRY: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the bites and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    COOK IN A SAUCE: Add the bites into a pan of your favourite sauce. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until cooked through.
