You will need:
• 3-4 Cup Softened Butter • 1 Egg
• Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl • Add the mix, and whisk until you obtain a completely combined dough • Form a ball, wrap it and put it in the fridge to rest for approximately 60 minutes • Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C) . With a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut it into circles or shapes you prefer • Work the remaining dough, roll it out again and cut more biscotti • Repeat until dough is finished Place a baking sheet over an oven pan and place the biscotti .
