Freeze-dried brown rice miso* (83%) (whole soya beans*, brown rice*, sea salt), freeze-dried sweet white miso* (11%) (whole soya beans*, rice*, sea salt), dried wakame (3%), dried green onions*, kombu powder (0.3%). *organically grown
HOW TO USE
Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or bowl. Add one cup of hot water, stir, and allow to sit for a minute to let the vegetables fully rehydrate. It can also be used as a ready made stock or seasoning for homemade soups, sauces and casseroles.
