The traditional Banoffee is a quintessential British dessert which was first served at the Hungry Monk restaurant, Sussex in 1971. The recipe was said to be created by Ian Dowding and Michael MacKenzie. We have carefully adapted this dessert with all plant based ingredients without the use of any refined sugars, dairy or gluten. Every layer in itself is an experience. You have to try it to believe it. Cashew cream and bananas, with an amazing avocado cacao mouse topping, with shavings of raw chocolate and cacao nibs.
