Ingredients: Water, Oyster Mushroom, Vegetable Oil (Coconut, Sunflower), Wheat Gluten, Soy Protein Concentrate (6%), Rice, Starch (Wheat), Aroma (Natural), Thickeners (Methyl Cellulose, Sodium Alginate), Soy Protein
Isolate (1.5%), Beetroot Red, Pea Protein Isolate (6%), Oat Fibre, Salt, Dextrose, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Preservative (Lactic Acid), Barley Malt Extract, Ascorbic Acid, Natural Casing, Vitamin
Shallow fry: From Frozen
1. Cook from frozen.
2. Add oil to a frying pan.
3. Cook on a medium heat for -15 minutes in total.
4. Fry for a few minutes on each side until nicely browned/caramelised, moving around regularly.
5. Make sure the Sausage is cooked thoroughly
Store frozen (-18°C).
Cook from frozen.
Do not pre-heat then re-cook.
Once thawed, do not refreeze.
