Brown rice miso is naturally and slowly aged for 6 months under the care of Yebisu Miso. The medium rich flavour from the whole soybean and brown rice is produced by strictly adhering to the century-old methods of miso making.
The mature taste makes it incredibly versatile for all kinds of cooking styles. It's an excellent staple in the kitchen for soup, salad, dressings, dips, and Marinades.
