MUSO From Japan soybean miso is crafted by the historically old miso artisan in Japan, Maruya Hatcho Miso. Since 1337, the craftspeople adheres to their unique technique to craft and age small batch miso in their century old wooden barrels. The robust taste makes it incredibly versatile for all kinds of cooking styles and can stand up well in richer, heartier recipes. It’s an excellent staple in the kitchen for soups, salad dressings, dips and marinades.
