The Al Najjar family has been making authentic Aleppo Soap since 1895 by keeping up with ancestral, artisanal knowhow. This knowledge has been passed down from generation to generation in the Al Najjar family’s soap factory in Aleppo, Syria.
Najel’s Aleppo Soap is made from olive oil and bay laurel oil. Saponified olive oil is a powerful cleanser which nourishes, protects and softens skin. Bay laurel oil is known for its disinfectant and regenerative properties. The higher its concentration, the more the soap soothes irritated or problem skin (psoriasis, eczema, acne, dermatosis).
Made from traditional 200g Aleppo Soaps, this Najel compressed soap combines the beneficial properties of Aleppo Soap with the delicate scent of jasmine.
The jasmine flower, also known as the Queen of the night, comes from India. It is renowned in China and throughout the Middle East for its delicate, soothing scent. This precious flower was first brought to Europe in about 1560, thanks to the many voyages of Spanish navigators.
