Countless Italian classics rely on a creamy cheese sauce and Sacla have used their expertise to create a vegan alternative, so it’s easy for everyone to enjoy the same authentic dishes. There’s no compromise on flavour either – it’s still got that marvellous cheesy taste.
Blessed with delicious vegetables and herbs, northern Italy is the ideal place to create delicious pasta sauce. Secondo and Piera Ercole began harvesting the ingredients over 80 years ago, to make the unmistakable Sacla sauces, which are now eaten around the world.
