Since we deal with various specialty products, our delivery schedule is within 48 - 72 Hours all over the UAE.

Shipping Rates:

Dubai

~ AED 15 WILL BE THE STANDARD DELIVERY FEE FOR A PREPAID ORDER.

Sharjah / Ajman

~ AED 25 WILL BE THE STANDARD DELIVERY FEE FOR A PREPAID ORDER 

Abu Dhabi / Al Ain

~ AED 25 WILL BE THE STANDARD DELIVERY FEE FOR A PREPAID ORDER 

Fujairah / Ras al-Khaimah / Umm al-Quwain

~ AED 25 WILL BE THE STANDARD DELIVERY FEE FOR A PREPAID ORDER 

All other Emirates

~ AED 25 WILL BE THE STANDARD DELIVERY FEE FOR A PREPAID ORDER 

Please Note

THE FOLLOWING AREAS THERE WILL BE 50 AED SHIPPING FEE WHICH WILL BE CHARGED NO MATER THE ORDER VALUE. 
- ABU DHABI: WESTERN REGIONS ( MADINAT ZAYAT, GHAYATHI, HABSHAN, AL MIRFA, RUWAIS, AL DHANNAH CITY, ARAD, TARAQ, KAYYAM, SABKHA, AL KHIS )
- AL AIN: AL QUAA, AL WIQAN, BU KIRAYYAH


Once you place an order, you will receive a call for confirmation from our Customer Service team to finalize order, delivery time and mode of payment.

In the rare case of non-availability of a product at the scheduled time of delivery, we will try to contact the customer through Call or WhatsApp to inform the same, offer a similar substitute, and request rescheduling based on expected date of product arrival. In case we are unable to reach you, we will proceed to automatic rescheduling of the delivery and Customer Care will be keeping you informed on the same.

Delivery Schedules

Since our product offerings are mainly specialty goods and imported products, we are able to deliver within 48 - 72 hours all over the UAE.

Our standard delivery timings are 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.  

Our customer care will get in touch with you to coordinate once we receive your order.

Also Please note deliveries will be only scheduled every Saturday to the Western Regions of Abu Dhabi.
