Return Policy

 Cancellation/Returns

Although we do not encourage Cancellation of confirmed orders, under valid circumstances, the customer can request for a cancellation but is subject to approval but will be liable for a cancellation fee in order to compensate for the losses.

 

In case an order is cancelled from our end, due to non availability of the product or any other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.

 

We accept requests for Returns subject to approval in cases such as defective, damaged or wrong product delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review. An equivalent replacement will be provided to the customer in this case. Important NOTE : Any claim for Returns need to be registered latest within 12 hours of delivery since the products in question are food and any claim beyond 12 hours will not be valid as per our Company Food Safety Policies.
