Our best tip for fantastic cornbread: use only the best ingredients. Our cornmeal is prized by cornbread enthusiasts because we leave in the germ and bran! This yields added nutrition and gives cornbread an unbelievable flavor and texture. (Our second-best cornbread tip: don’t overmix when adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients!)
