ASETRA CAVIAR also known as Osetra caviar, is among the most prized varieties of caviar in the world. It comes from the sturgeon species Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, native to the Caspian and Black Sea regions. Asetra caviar is renowned for its large, firm grains with a distinct nutty flavor and a hint of brine. Its color can vary from dark brown to golden hues, depending on the age of the sturgeon and its diet. CAVIAR:
