KALUGA QUEEN BELUGA refers to a specific type of caviar produced by Kaluga Queen, a leading caviar producer based in China. This caviar is made from the eggs of the Kaluga sturgeon (Huso dauricus), which is sometimes also referred to as the "River Beluga" due to its similarity to Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso).
