Description
The leaves of the lime tree are known as lime leaves. They are quite similar to kaffir lime leaves in that they are frequently used in Indonesian, Cambodian, and Thai dishes. Tea and wine can both be made from lime leaves. Lime leaves give the foods they are used in a wonderful, fresh citrus flavour.
