Description
It is one of the first cultivated grains as early as 10000 years back(Ancient Grain). It sustained the entire Old World. It originated in Egypt, Ethiopia, or Tibet & spread to China, India, Korea. It was one of the first crops to be domesticated by humans. Currently, it is the fourth most Important grain after rice, wheat, and maize.
