Description
Thai jasmine wholegrain rice which is naturally germinated using green tea before milling.The germination process encourages production of vitamins, nutrients and amino acids in the rice kernel in preparation for growth. When the maximum possible nutrition level is reached after 24 hours, we parboil it, locking in all the added vitamins, nutrients and amino acids, especially gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
