Directions: 1. Blend 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil in (1 1/2cup) 235 ml water and add it to the mix stirring gently to a lump-free smooth batter. 2. Pour the batter into a baking tray greased with oil and steam on a high flame for 15-20 minutes. 3. Switch off the gas and remove the trays and let Dhokla cool for 5-10 minutes. 4.
