  • 1 Soak Agar Agar for 10min. In a pan cook the Coconut milk and water with agar agar until it is fully dissolved with no specs on a dipped spoon. Now add sugar and salt.
  • 2 In a cup first pour the Coconut mixture and let it cool. In this time interval cook the fruit layer like before. And pour this mixture over cooled Coconut layer. Place some fruit pieces in this layer.
  • 3 Set to cool and Cook the Juice Layer. Pour it over the cooled Fruit layer. Keep refrigerated until you serve.
  • 5 Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Coconut Layer
  • 2¾ cup organic coconut milk
  • 3¼ cup water
  • 42g organic Agar Agar
  • 53 tbsp natural Sugar
  • 6A pinch of organic salt .
  • 7Fruit Layer: 1 Cup Tender Coconut Water, 2g Agar Agar, 2 cups small fruit pieces of your choice (mango, red papaya, lychee, kiwi, strawberries and blueberries)
  • 6Juice Layer: 1 cup juice (Apricot), 2g Agar Agar powder.
