1 In a bowl, combine Organic Soy Milk, Organic Agave nectar, Organic Sea Salt, Organic Vanilla powder and Organic Chia Seeds. Stir well and leave to set in the fridge for between 4-6 hours, or ideally, overnight.

2 Once your pudding is ready and before assembling, purée the flesh of your Organic Mango to form a simple, healthy Mango Coulis.

3 Crush the Organic raspberries to form crunchy pieces.

4 Layer Chia Seed Pudding, Mango Coulis and Raspberries in a glass.
