  • 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop the salad vegetables lengthwise and lay them on the baking tray. Add some Rosemary leaves and chopped garlic.
  • 2 To create a layered smoothie there isn’t much to it, other than ensuring your smoothie blend has a thick texture. i.e. think a thick shake rather than a milkshake
  • 3 Blend each layer ingredients separately and pour one over the other.
  • 4 Top it with Coconut flakes and sip on!
  • 5 Enjoy!

  • 1 Red Layer: Organic Strawberry, Organic Raspberry, Organic Watermelon and Organic Banana.
  • 2White Layer: Organic Almond Milk and Organic Banana.
  • 3Green Layer: Organic Mango, Organic Spinach, Organic Almond Milk and Organic Banana.
  • 4Topping: Organic Coconut Flakes
