1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop the salad vegetables lengthwise and lay them on the baking tray. Add some Rosemary leaves and chopped garlic.

2 To create a layered smoothie there isn’t much to it, other than ensuring your smoothie blend has a thick texture. i.e. think a thick shake rather than a milkshake

3 Blend each layer ingredients separately and pour one over the other.

4 Top it with Coconut flakes and sip on!
