ECOLOGICAL GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES & WAFFLES RECIPE

Start your day with light and fluffy gluten-free Ecological pancakes and waffles that cook into golden perfection. The batter creates soft, airy pancakes and crisp waffles with a delicate texture, making them perfect for maple syrup, fresh fruit, or honey for a comforting gluten-free breakfast. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 g (½ pack) Ecological Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 2 tbsp Sugar or Sweetener (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Large Egg (or egg replacer)
  • 300 ml Milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

PANCAKES

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup (60 ml) of batter onto the pan.
  5. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges begin to set.
  6. Flip and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favourite toppings.

WAFFLES

  • Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
  • Pour the recommended amount of batter into the waffle maker.
  • Cook until the waffles are crisp and golden brown.
  • Carefully remove and serve immediately.
