Start your day with light and fluffy gluten-free Ecological pancakes and waffles that cook into golden perfection. The batter creates soft, airy pancakes and crisp waffles with a delicate texture, making them perfect for maple syrup, fresh fruit, or honey for a comforting gluten-free breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
- 125 g (½ pack) Ecological Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 2 tbsp Sugar or Sweetener (optional)
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Egg (or egg replacer)
- 300 ml Milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
PANCAKES
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup (60 ml) of batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges begin to set.
- Flip and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
WAFFLES
- Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Pour the recommended amount of batter into the waffle maker.
- Cook until the waffles are crisp and golden brown.
- Carefully remove and serve immediately.
